Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, except in cases of product defects or damages caused during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.
Refunds
If we approve a return or exchange, we will refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Dailon reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Dailon also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
